Looking for a flat in Santiago
To look for a flat, we recommend:
- Websites: Idealista, Milanuncios
- University website: "taboleiro anuncios USC"
- Instagram: @salseo_usc (in the highlighted stories there's a link to a WhatsApp group for people looking for a flat)
- Instagram: @becario.usc (the first pinned post, in the comments)
Normal prices are around 200-350 euros/month, depending on the area (the city centre is usually more expensive than campus norte).
From May onwards there will be more listings, as that's when people start deciding whether to stay or leave. And as always, be careful with scams (for example, you can ask for a video call if no one can visit the flat for you).
